Courage to Change
You are what you think you are and what you believe about yourself. Your mind is the builder of the body. To change anything concerning you, change the way you THINK! Positive thinking starts with the words we say to ourselves or about ourselves to others. I listen to people and how negative they are about themselves, saying things they would never say to another. Over and over the self-defeating words are repeated. Defeat is soon built into your cells, bones, blood and organs; this is how you build your body. Use the power of your mind to change what you want in your circle of influence, which is YOU.
Deep within the inner part of your body, which we’ll refer to as the “gut,” resides the home of billions of good bacteria that play a major role in your health. The microbiome affects your skin, blood sugars, hormones, your cardiovascular, neurological and respiratory systems, glands, weight and your immunity. Let’s compare the “gut” to Earth, our home. The Earth supports all life, as does your microbiome; if it is healthy, you are healthy. Modern medicine is now claiming that most diseases actually originate in this special place in our bodies, the microbiome.
My training and teaching has taught me that the body is designed to heal and create itself anew during the course of a person’s lifetime, replacing old cells and rebuilding new ones as long as you live. This is a natural law designed for each and every one of you, and this is wonderful news, because how you care for your body can make a difference.
An amazing blueprint and design exists for each and every one of us. This blueprint is very intricate, with natural laws of healing programed into the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body of man and womankind. These laws of healing guide us and let us know when we are out of balance. We are like snowflakes, each one different from the other and yet filled with wondrous “stuff” that is ours to uncover.
